Great place. Lots of restaurants to eat close by, like Mike Pizza that was only 5 minutes' walk away. The staff members at the guest house were absolutely amiable!

the hotel was charming and kept in good condition, our room was comfortable and clean with a lovely view of the surrounding area. the staff was friendly and provided helpful recommendations for exploring the city. the breakfast at the hotel was tasty and well-priced, a perfect way to start the day.
The mattress could have been more comfortable.

I found the location of this hotel to be absolutely perfect. It was conveniently situated near the old city, nightlife, and restaurants. Despite being in a lively area, I didn't experience any noise issues during my stay. The hotel also provided free parking, which was a hassle-free perk. The rooms had a charming old-style feel to them and were surprisingly clean. Everything in the room worked properly, and the staff was friendly. I had a pleasant experience and would consider staying here again.
Negative aspects were mentioned in the database reviews, such as the lack of a comfortable bed, the absence of an elevator in the 5-floor hotel, and the limited offerings at the nearby cafe. However, these drawbacks were minor inconveniences in my overall enjoyable stay at Vipa House.

The location of this hotel was great, close to bars and restaurants, and just a short walk to the night markets. The rooms were modern and clean, with comfortable beds and air conditioning. The attached bar served local dishes and American-style breakfasts.
The staff communication was difficult at times, and some did not seem very interested in helping with any requests. The room fittings needed some refurbishing and upgrading.

Great value and very clean. Staying here was a great deal for the price. the room was exceptionally clean and always well-maintained. It was situated in a convenient location near plenty of restaurants and nightlife. the staff was friendly and accommodating, always willing to help us find our way around the area. the hotel offered a complimentary breakfast and free Wi-Fi which was a nice touch.
Smaller rooms and limited amenities.
